Qualifications A professional degree in gender, development studies, social science, political science, or any other relevant field. 3 or more years of work experience in Training and Development. Strong demonstrated ability to plan, conceptualize and deliver effective programs. Strong analytical and presentation skills; Experience in engaging with senior management. • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate in both English and Hindi. Fluency in Bengali/Nepali/Sadri is desirable • It is desirable for the applicant to have: • 1 or more years of experience as a theatre practitioner and or experiential educator Stipend : 15,000/month (Fixed) |
