2. Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
Evaluate store and individual performances
Report on regional sales results
3.Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales people
4. Prepare and review the annual/ monthly budget for the area of responsibility
5. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
6. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
7. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
8. Suggest the products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and provide the product at the right time accepting the discussed paymt.
