Resource Mobilisation Officer
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Academic - Post graduation prefers, graduates with experience are welcome
- Exposure - Minimum 2-3 years as Business development/fundraising/CSR management
- Training - Undergone ‘Professional Training in client relationships management’
- Communication - Excellent ability to corresponding with reliable information to clients
- Organization - Strong ability to deal independently and in group, meet deadlines and adapt to constantly changing demands
- Interpersonal - Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team with sensitivity and respect for diversity. Ability to work as a team member with other staff at all levels, etc. Ability to act with tact, diplomacy, discretion and respect for confidentiality and gender sensitivity.
- Computer: Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Language skills: Proficiency in English & Tamil is must, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada & Telugu is an added advantage,
- Competencies - Innate passion to work in the social sector, strong conviction for the empowerment of the poor and marginalized
- Good negotiation, influencing skills; good analytical & problem-solving skills
Remuneration & Other credentials:
- Salary for the position will be fixed at par with the present market standards
- Annual health insurance up to 3 lakhs/family
