Operations | Deputy Manager/Manager | The CRM will be responsible for managing a team of recovery executives and ensuring 100% customer coverage and meeting collection targets from delinquent customers & customer pools allocated for Recovery. CRM has to ensure capacitaization, skill building, and optimum performance of Recovery Executives. CRM has to diligently track risk movement to ensure regularization of accounts/ prevent forward flow to the next bucket. CRM will guide the team and coordinate with the Head office in the resolution of system-related overdues and settlement of death cases.
