A brief about us:
Involve was founded by IIT Graduates Divanshu & Samyak, who left their placements to build their dream. Through Involve, we are re-imagining education by building agency in school students, targeting 1 million students in the next five years. We do that by leveraging a peer learning-teaching-based approach. The approach emanates from our belief in "Kids first" and our key design principles: Co-created with students, Led by the students & participation by choice.
So far, we have directly worked with 22000+ students across India, improving their learning outcomes (39% from the baseline to Endline, maths) and the sense of ownership & leadership with our programs. Our core program of Peer Teaching has students in their formative years of age of 12-16 teacher and mentor their juniors in public schools. We have also seen great improvement in the learning culture of the school, teenage behavior, etc.
We are backed by some prominent institutions like the Central Square Foundation, Nudge Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Wells Fargo, and TFIx, to name a few.
Overview of the Program:
Maargadarshi is an innovation program running in Anekal. Our initiative revolves around two key pillars:
Peer Teaching Program: Currently active in approximately 30 schools, this program empowers senior students to teach their junior counterparts, fostering a unique learning dynamic. As we look to the future, we aim to delve deeper into the impact of this intervention and gather evidence for its long-term benefits.
Innovation programs: We are pioneering initiatives to create spaces within the education system for student voices to be heard. This involves testing pilot programs to enhance the overall educational experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Program Design
Create a Logic Model Framework outcomes chain for the projects we run under the Maargadarshi Program
Use current trends in the education sector and use them to inform program design
Design M&E framework for the programs
Content design:
Design session plans and training resources for the students enrolled in our different programs.
Collect and analyse feedback from the ground to make our interventions more effective.
Monitoring evaluation and reporting:
Design relevant M&E tools to collect qualitative and quantitative data from the ground.
Analyse monitoring data and use it to inform decisions based on program
Create resources to disperse learning from the program to internal team members and external stakeholders.
Design artefacts to share program impact with the stakeholders.
As the project scope increases, there will be an increasing need to focus on project management and strategic planning.

Be Passionate about integrating student voices into the education system
- Past experience of initiating and taking complete ownership of new projects
Proven experience in high-pressure, dynamic projects
Strong documentation skills
1-2 years of experience in training and facilitation
- Proficient in written and oral communication in both English and Kannada (Hindi proficiency is advantageous)
Effective collaboration with diverse individuals and groups
- Eager to contribute to the dynamic and impactful initiatives at Maargadarshi
Eager to plan and implement evidence-based programs.
Comfortable navigating a dynamic program model.
