SwitchON Foundation Qualification, Experience and Competencies: Qualification: -Graduate or Post Gradiuate Degree  in Rural Development, Agriculture Science, Social Development Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Agri. Marketing/ Value chain Development and working with FPOs/ Large scale Farmers Groups or SHGs Program etc. Experience of working with women's groups will be preferred.
