PanIIT Alumni Reach for Jharkhand (PREJHA) Foundation Qualifications Minimum 3 years of work experience in the areas of Skill Development, Micro-Finance, Rural Development, or allied sectors Strong mobilization experience of rural youth (Male and female) Knowledge of any Jharkhand-based tribal language would be given preference for Jharkhand Location. Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
