What you’ll do

The Muthoot Finance Ltd. is looking for smart, dynamic, presentable male candidates for below position-

Post : EXECUTIVE - INSURANCE

*Job Location : SILIGURI REGIONAL OFFICE Salary : Rs. 18,000-25,000 PM Fixed Salary + Incentives + Contest Rewards + Foreign Trips etc*

Responsibilities and Duties :-

a) To ensure Region & Branch wise Insurance Targets are achieved month on month .

b) To ensure that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month .

c) To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business are resolved at the minimum time .

d) To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure amongest the branches by 1 to 1 Training to Branch Staffs .

e) To motivate the staff of every branch about Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone.

f) To coordinate with the partner insurance co.s for customer meet, staff training etc.

g) Daily Reporting to the Higher Authorities regarding Insurance business.

Required Experience and Qualifications :-

Any Graduate (Not BTech / BE / BCA).

Min 1 Yr Experience of working in Insurance Co.

Working knowledge of Excel.

Ready to travel.

Age upto 35 Years
