1 Applications complete in all respect in the prescribed application form along with all testimonials and

supporting documents shall have to be submitted at the email aqme_eh@kmcgov.in within 21 days i.e. on

or before 14.10.2022.

2. All applications and supporting documents must be in PDF format attached to the mail and must contain

qualifications from Madhyamic or equivalent in chronological order.

Only and only the name of the post should be mentioned at the subject of the said email.

Short listing would be done based on weight-age on educational qualifications starting from Madhyamik or

equivalent level and experience . The proportionate of weight-age would be determined by the selection

committee constituted for the purpose.

Upon scrutiny and verification of the applications. shortlisted candidates would be called for interview in

1:5 ratio with respect to the no of vacancy against that post.

6. Total marks allotted for the interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks required to clear the

interview is 40% for General Candidates and 35% for reserved candidates [i.e.schedule Caste, Scheduled

Tribes, Other Backward Classes - Category A and Category B , Persons with Disabilities, Ex - Servicemen

and Exempted Categories for the guidance of the appointing authorities)

7. A waiting panel for each posts will be maintained for one year from the date of acceptance of the said

panel by the KMC Authorities.

8. No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided by Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
