Qualification  Post graduate in social science / Graduate Experince: Having atleast 2 years of experience in the development sector Age: Maximum 40 Years Job roles: • Mobilisation and overall Supervision of skill development programmes and microenterprise development trainings being held in all the designated centres. • Preparation of detailed Project Plan outlining the strategy and implementation planning, monitoring merchanism , outcome indicators and tools. Knowledge of improvement assessment tools required. • Ensure realisation of project deliverables in respect of skilling and incomes by continuous tracking of the indicators. • Collect all data/information/photographs etc relating to project from all the designated centers for reporting and documentation, tracking work , income and other parameters of beneficiaries. • Prepare all periodical and final reports for submission • Oversee stock of training materials, finished products • Proactively assist the Project Incharge in the skilling/upskilling process as well as in market assessment, feasibility study, market linked Capacity Building All applicants to send their updated resumes to
