যোগ্যতা -
Bachelor/ Master in Science in the subject of Botany, Geology, Geography or Chemistry or Economics, Diploma in Horticulture/ Agriculture or Environment and or Bachelors/ Masters in Social Work/ Rural Development
2-3 years of experience of working with farmers on the ground or climate resilience project
